U.S. Rep. Kevin Mullin visited Burlingame Wednesday to update constituents on the work he is doing on Capitol Hill and to answer questions or concerns from the community.

The town hall event was held at Burlingame’s Community Center Wednesday, Aug. 31. Around 100 people attended and questions ranged from women’s health rights to environmental policies.

Government policies of late, witness Covid, have been more about control. So I would be extremely wary of any federal or local government policies coming about so called "Climate Change." There may be climate change but government policies are more about creating an illusionary crisis to put in policies that are more about increasing corporate and government control while weakening the rest of us and taking away our rights and wealth.

The military industrial complex, which is behind most policies, really doesn't care about the environment. The biggest contributor to carbon is the U.S. military, which continues to expand. But you will never hear Rep Mullin, nor any Democrat or Republican member of Congress, say anything about that. The blowing up of Nordstream, convincingly blamed on Joe Biden, was an extreme major environmental catastrophe due to the methane released. It shows that US hegemony is a much higher priority than climate change and shows their real actual utter cynical disregard of climate change, except as a policy to control we the people.

Sorry, Mr. Mullin, but your hysterical screeching on many of these issues, especially the Electoral College and gun laws, is just pandering. Everyone knows that you’ll have no effect on so-called global warming, the EC, or even gun laws (at this rate, many would ignore gun laws infringing on the Second Amendment because those laws would be tossed). I’d be more interested in hearing about issues raised by other contributors and seeing some action, instead of hot air (which also contributes to your global warming problem). As for Mullin co-sponsoring or co-signing over 200 bills, how many of those bills spend other people’s money with little to no accountability for results?

Did Mullin mention anything about getting government funds to fix the Marina Lagoon flooding problem where 10,000 San Mateo homes were flooded last Dec. 31st.?

No mention of this life-threatening problem where we really need his help!

Well, he also ignored urging Biden to close the border to prevent further avalanches of Fentanyl and unvetted migrants. He only focuses on wasting tax money and promises that he cannot fulfill. What else is new?

Not So Common

Mullen most likely believes Joe Biden is doing a splendid job and needs four more years to complete the destruction of the United States and if a few kids overdose....
