Third dead pedestrian in Burlingame in less than a year. Time for a state of emergency?

I really wish the city of Burlingame would show some (real) leadership on this, starting with acknowledging that it happened, followed quickly by what they plan to do about it. Every collision has multiple factors and the city of Burlingame should be taking full accountability for figuring out what happened and addressing the factors that they can control. 3 fatalities in a year for a city this size is a lot.

I agree. At the very least, that street should remove the parallel parking spots or maybe change it to a one way street.
