Art, loss and grief

 

The Art of Remembrance, a workshop for anyone who has lost a child or other family member to cancer, was held at the Peninsula Jewish Community Center in Foster City on March 13. The event, sponsored by Kids & Art and Mission Hospice & Home Care, included the creation of a shared collage, singing, writing, dancing, and drumming, all ways of working through loss and grief.
