Salt-N-Pepa romp through 'Push It' as they join Rock Hall of Fame with Outkast and White Stripes

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Salt-N-Pepa have electrified the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony with a dynamic performance of their hit "Push It." On Saturday, they accepted the musical influence award, celebrating their groundbreaking role for women in hip-hop. Cheryl “Salt” James highlighted their fight to reclaim their master recordings. Outkast also made an appearance, though they didn't perform together. Andre 3000 delivered an emotional speech, while Big Boi performed with artists like Janelle Monáe. Soundgarden's segment was deeply moving, with tributes to late singer Chris Cornell. The White Stripes' induction featured performances by Twenty One Pilots and Olivia Rodrigo.
