The Bears (7-0 PAL Bay, 10-2 overall) earned a three-peat as PAL Bay Division champions in a battle between the league’s two best teams at Burlingame (6-2, 10-2). M-A entered the day ranked No. 5 in the Central Coast Section, according to MaxPreps.com, and extended its winning streak in Bay Division games to 31 games. Burlingame, ranked No. 8 in CCS, has now dropped 11 straight to M-A going back to 2019.

Serra (4-3 WCAL, 12-5 overall) fell 13-11 at home to first-place St. Ignatius (7-0, 16-3) on the final day of the regular season. With the win, the Wildcats wrap up the West Catholic Athletic League championship for the sixth straight year.
Menlo (2-5 WCAL, 5-10 overall) rallied for an 11-10 win at Mitty-San Jose (0-7, 5-9).
Aragon (0-9 PAL Ocean, 0-10) fell 15-1 to PAL Ocean Division champion Priory (9-0, 10-1).
Woodside (2-7 PAL Ocean, 3-11 overall) came up short in an 8-7 loss at Los Altos (6-3, 10-3).
Carlmont (1-7 PAL Bay, 5-7 overall) fell 9-4 at Mountain View (4-5, 10-5).

The Dons (14-0 PAL Bay) wrapped up the PAL Bay Division championship outright with a win at Carlmont (12-2). A tie would have resulted in a shared league title between the two division frontrunners, but a battle at No. 1 girls’ doubles sealed the win for Aragon, as Chin-Ray Kong and Melody Liu rallied for a 17-21, 21-16, 21-13 comeback over Grace Lin and Euna Min. Aragon’s No. 1 mixed doubles Takeo Blakely and Katy Yu won 21-11, 21-13, and No. 1 boys’ single William Ye swept 21-11, 21-12. Carlmont earned wins at No. 1 girls’ singles as Karena Ling defeated Allison Hsu 22-20, 22-24, 21-18, and at No. 1 boys’ doubles with Bryant Hu/Morgan Li sweeping 21-17, 21-15.
South San Francisco 25, Hillsdale 5
The Warriors (9-5 PAL Bay) clinched a third-place tie in the PAL Bay Division with a home win over Hillsdale (2-12). South City’s doubles dominated, as No. 1 boys’ doubles Tyler Chin and Austin Wai won 21-10, 21-6; No. 1 girls’ doubles Kylie Chan and Linh Ta won 21-17, 21-18; and No. 1 mixed doubles Adrian Arnaud and Renee Chu won 21-13, 21-6. South City No. 1 boys’ single Benson Ngai won 21-14, 21-8. Hillsdale earned the win at No. 1 girls’ single from Iris Wong 21-7, 21-16.
Mills 25, Jefferson 5
The Vikings (9-5 PAL Bay) finished the regular season clinching a third-place tie with South City in the PAL Bay Division standings with a home win over Jefferson (1-13). Doubles play led the way for Mills, with No. 1 boys’ doubles Mark Chan and Jonathan Ng winning 21-13, 21-12; No. 1 girls’ doubles Leona Sin and Nika Eskandarian winning 21-11, 21-12; and No. 1 mixed doubles Jaden Zhang and Becky Liu winning 23-21, 23-21. At No. 1 boys’ singles, Mills No. 1 Alex Kuang rallied back for a 19-21, 21-14, 21-11 win over Jefferson Guerra. At No. 1 girls’ singles, Jefferson’s Natalie Nguyen swept 21-4, 21-7.
Burlingame 30, Woodside 0
The Panthers (12-0 PAL Ocean) closed out their PAL Ocean Division championship with an undefeated run through league play with a win at Woodside (3-9). Burlingame’s No. 1 seeds didn’t drop a set, with boys’ No. 1 Alvin Ho rolling 21-6, 21-5, and girls’ No. 1 Allison Duh sweeping 21-13, 21-4. In doubles play, boys’ No. 1s Brandon Liu and Kingsley Kong won 21-10, 21-8; girls’ No. 1s Ashley Zeng and Charlotte Wang won 21-11, 21-15; and No. 1 mixed Brandon Mark and Chloe Villapear won 21-6, 21-8.
El Camino 18, Terra Nova 12
The Colts (8-4 PAL Ocean) locked up third place in the PAL Ocean Division with a win at Terra Nova. El Camino’s No. 1 girls’ doubles Sammi Fang and Scarlett Tong helped deliver the victory with a 21-7, 21-11 sweep, while No. 1 boys’ doubles Jayden Lau and Zachary Fung also swept 21-16, 21-14. At No. 1 girls’ singles, El Camino’s Jasmin Chang rolled to a 21-1, 21-5 victory. Terra Nova earned wins at No. 1 boys’ singles with Benji Todd holding off Declan Lynch for a 21-12, 10-21, 21-16 victory, and No. 1 mixed doubles Terrence Lau and Kaylee Tran winning 21-18, 21-6.
