The Burlingame City Council's triad has gone too far and if citizens of Burlingame do not monitor, speak out, and hold them accountable for their misdeeds, we will become the puppets and the council members will become the puppeteers. The City Council is elected to represent the interest of the citizens of Burlingame.
To accuse an individual of a personal agenda without foundation is tantamount to slander. Empty allegations without factual evidence should not be tolerated. This practice should not be accepted by the people and there should be grounds for public censorship, recall, or dismissal from the City Council.
When a council member attempts to control the tone and tenor of a citizen during the public comment portion of a City Council meeting, it should not be tolerated. Government code section 54954.3 sub-section
