Robert Lawrence Keefe, late of Millbrae and San Mateo County resident for 53 years, died Nov. 12, 2018, surrounded by his family. Husband of Dolly, married for 53 years and father of Kevin (and his wife Barbara) of Daly City, Daniel (and his wife Ami) of San Juan Bautista and Karen of Millbrae. Grandfather of Brittany, Jadyn, Hailey, Parker and Jack, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Son of the late Margaret and Homer Keefe; brother of late Grace Scott of Oregon.
A native of San Francisco, age 86 years. He was a longtime parishioner at St. Dunstan Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Family and friends may visit after 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, and attend the vigil service beginning at 4 p.m. at the Chapel of the Highlands, 194 Millwood Drive at El Camino Real in Millbrae. The funeral mass will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, at St. Dunstan Catholic Church, 1133 Broadway in Millbrae. Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma. The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
