Juergen Kirberg, born in Cologne, Germany, to Erich and Erica Kirberg Sept. 19, 1929, died Dec. 8, 2018.
He was the oldest of five siblings. Immigrating to the United States in 1958, he worked as a factory representative for Porsche of America and went on establish his own successful business repairing German automobiles, recently celebrating over 50 year in business. He was an avid sailor and past commodore of Coyote Point Yacht Club. He was a longtime active member of the San Mateo Elks Lodge, and the SIRS. Juergen is preceded in death by his wife Karin Kirberg. They were married in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1959 and were married for more than 57 years. Juergen is survived by his son Ralph, his wife Lisa; his daughter Suzann; his grandchildren Alexandra, Samantha, Kevin, Lindsey and Amanda; and his sisters Ingrid and Karen.
The family will have a private celebration of life in the new year.
