Fernando Mario Teglia

On Sunday, November 24, 2024, Fernando Mario Teglia, aged 83, passed away suddenly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Angelo and Renata (Benedetti), and an infant brother, Renardo. Fernando was born in San Francisco on January 23, 1941, and spent his early years in Colma where his parents owned a flower farm. His family moved to San Bruno where Fernando attended elementary school, Cappuccino High School, and later the College of San Mateo, Coyote Point. He was accepted into and graduated from the University of California School of Pharmacy in San Francisco as a Doctor of Pharmacy. Early in his career he met the love of his life, Roberta (Cerri) and in 1966 they were married and were inseparable for the next 58 years. They established their first home in South San Francisco.

Together, they welcomed three sons, Marc (Kelly), Matthew (Jan), and Steven (Alisa). Four grandchildren followed, Jessica, Gianna, Madeleine, and Emily.
