Theft. Someone attempted to steal items from a store on El Camino Real, it was reported at 4:54 p.m. Thursday, June 6.

Stolen vehicle. A woman obtained a car rental with a fake credit card and never returned the car on Bair Island Road, it was reported at 3:20 p.m. Thursday, June 6.

Petty theft. A man stole money from a tip jar at a restaurant on El Camino Real, it was reported at 11:17 a.m. Thursday, June 6.

Burglary. Someone stole tools from a store on Edgewood Road, it was reported at 9:08 a.m. Thursday, June 6.

Petty theft. Someone stole a red bicycle from a store on El Camino Real, it was reported at 4:02 a.m. Thursday, June 6.

San Mateo

Hit-and-run. A motorist hit a parked car before driving away on Portola Drive, it was reported at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday, June 4.

Hit-and-run. A pedestrian was hit by a motorist who then drove away on Pacific Boulevard, it was reported at 9:20 p.m. Monday, June 3.

Fraud. Someone attempted to use another person’s identity on Patricia Avenue, it was reported at 11:27 a.m. Monday, June 3.

Burglary. Someone broke into a house currently under construction on 26th Avenue, it was reported at 10:32 a.m. Monday, June 3.
