The Dons (2-0 PAL Bay, 12-3 overall) swept 25-16, 25-18, 25-13 at home against Menlo-Atherton (1-1, 5-4) in a battle of PAL Bay Division contenders. Ben Warner paced M-A with 10 kills.
Sequoia 3, El Camino 2
The Ravens (5-1 PAL Ocean, 9-6 overall) went to five sets at home to claim a 25-22, 27-29, 19-25, 25-19, 15-12 win over El Camino. Sequoia setter Connor Esmond drove the offense with 44 assists, while Grant Park scored 17 kills, and Abraham Villeda added 12 kills.
Woodside 3, Mills 0
The Wildcats swept 25-22, 25-23, 25-21 at Mills. Jayden Jiang led Mills with 15 kills, Jalen Zhu added 12 kills, and Ian Lin totaled 35 assists.

Burlingame (1-2 PAL Bay, 9-7 overall) earned its first league win 25-18, 26-24, 17-25, 25-19 at home against San Mateo (0-3, 4-9).
Jefferson (2-4 PAL Ocean, 2-9 overall) picked up a 25-21, 21-25, 25-19, 27-25 win at Capuchino (1-5, 3-11).
Westmoor swept 25-12, 25-7, 25-18 at South City.

Menlo headed down the coast and cruised to victory. Elia Choe, an Amherst commit, totaled six goals and an assist for the Lady Knights (6-3). Sophomore Kaelee Wang added five goals and two assists while freshman Tate Goldman added a hat trick and two draw controls.
Boys’ lacrosse
Menlo 7, Palo Alto 1
Menlo extended its win streak to 8-0 at Palo Alto. Trevor van der Pyl racked up two goals, two assists and picked up three ground balls to pace the Knights. Seniors Tyler Hinkie and Caden Chock each added two goals while senior Jacob Chock tallied five ground balls. Senior goalie Noah Persily made four saves.
Boys’ swimming
Half Moon Bay 59, Terra Nova 54
HMB’s Ivan Goulart and Terra Nova’s Marcus McMichael finished 1-2, respectively, in the closest race of the meet. Goulart won in 48.65 seconds, while McMichael was second with 49.39.
