Terms of Use for San Mateo Daily Journal Last Revised: 17 December 2025
1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using smdailyjournal.com (the "Service"), provided by SMDJ, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

6. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver) Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Mateo County, California. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
