While it will soon cost customers 37 cents to mail a regular-sized letter, the U.S. Postal Service says it has made getting the new stamps easier than ever.
Postal officials have printed and distributed billions of postage stamps with the new rate and say customers don't have to leave their homes or offices to get them.
