The Burlingame Elementary School District is accepting nominations for the H. Jay Burns Award, which recognizes volunteers committed to improving education in the city’s public schools.
Potential candidates should have an extensive track record of service to the district, demonstrated leadership skills on behalf of local students and contributed positively to education in Burlingame.
Nominations should include the candidate’s name, address, phone number and a brief summary of the candidate’s qualifications. The person who makes the nomination should include their name, phone number and email address. Nominations are due Monday, May 9, and should be sent to kdiktakis@burlingameschools.org.
