Jonas Bell, Jakob Gowdy and Adam Woo all won three events to help keep the Knights atop the Bay Division standings.
Bell won both the 200 and the 400, running a 23.17 in the 200 and setting a personal-best 52.02 in winning the 400. He then teamed with Gowdy, Elijah Nues and Miles Chatterjee to win the 4x100 relay in a time of 43.20, which is the best time in the PAL this season.
Gowdy would add wins in the jumps. He leaped 19-8 1/4 to win the long jump and went 40-1/4 to win the triple jump.
Hillsdale took the top six places in 800, led by Woo, who won with a time of 2:01.56, more than five seconds better than second place.
Woo had to work a little harder to win the 1,600. His time of 4:33.97 was less than a second better than San Mateo’s Adwaiy Ambardekar, who came in with a 4:34.63.
Woo also anchored the Knights’ 4x400 relay team, teaming with Abraham Wilhelms, Jacob Ng and Cristian Gomez to post a time of 3:38.79.
Mills’ Danael Na went 1-2 in the 110 and 300 hurdles. He won the 110 hurdles with a time of 16.33 and was second in the 300 hurdles with a time of 42.77, behind Hillsdale’s Austin O’Meara’s time of 41.82, who now owns the fastest time in the PAL in 2026.
San Mateo’s Yianni Fitzgerald dominated the shot put and discus. He won the shot put with a distance of 54 feet, 9 inches, which was nine feet better than second place. It was a similar result in the discus, as he throw of 157-4 was 15 feet better than second place.

Kaylee Huynh won both sprints to highlight Mills’ wins over Hillsdale and San Mateo.
She won the 100 in a time of 12.94 and captured the 200 win with a time of 28.01.

Vikings’ thrower Kelailah Johnson won both the shot put and discus. She won the shot with a mark of 35-10, while throwing the discus 112-2.
San Mateo’s Kaitlyn Schuh and Mills’ Alexis Ivankov were also two-time winners. Schuh won the high jump with a height of 5-4 and later added the long jump win with a leap of 15-51/2.
Ivankov posted a pole vault-triple jump double. She won the pole vault with a height of 10 feet and won the triple jump with a mark of 34-10.

The Knights swept past the rival Bearcats 25-19, 25-20, 26-24 to remain in a first-place tie with both Aragon and Carlmont.
Chris Feinberg led the offense for Hillsdale (3-1 PAL Bay, 10-3 overall), finishing with 14 kills. Austin Chan was right behind with 12 kills. Nils Bennebroek had a big match at the net, finishing with six blocks.
San Mateo falls to 0-3 in Bay matches and 3-10 overall.
In other action ...
Aragon (3-1 PAL Bay, 20-6 overall) beat Burlingame (1-3, 9-8) in straight sets — 25-18, 25-13, 25-20.
El Camino (4-3 PAL Ocean) beat Capuchino (1-5) 25-19, 25-23, 25-15.

All five scoring golfers for the Warriors shot sub-40 rounds as they cruised to the PAL Ocean Division win over the Mustangs at Mariner’s Point Golf Complex in Foster City.
Joshua Gunardi and Aiden Lopez shared low-round honors for South City as both shot 6-over 33s. Aaden Amigleo came in with a 34, while Joseph Preciado and Ian Alferez each finished with rounds of 38.
Capuchino was led by Caleb Corpus, who shot a 34. Julian Hashimoto carded a 38 for the Mustangs.
