Thanks for your letter, Ms. Formanek, although I don’t know who this Joe Lewis is you reference. Regardless, I’d be interested in knowing whether march organizers paid for the cost of community policing that took away police who could have been doing their “real” job serving the community instead of babysitting a march which didn’t accomplish anything, except waste taxpayer money (assuming march organizers didn’t pay for anything) and inconvenience folks from using the SR92 interchange (and possibly, the entire march route).
