A Sept. 11 road rage incident in Foster City that led to an alleged assault by Fredy MarroquinTurcios, has resulted in his arrest following an investigation, the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office said.
MarroquinTurcios is accused of following a truck to a Foster City Costco and blocking the truck with his car so the driver could not leave, prosecutors said. MarroquinTurcios and another unidentified person then allegedly punched the driver in the face and fled, prosecutors said.
The road rage incident occurred on State Route 92 in the early evening. His bail is set at $200,000. His next court date is Dec. 2.
