Art Bias

San Carlos-based artists community Art Bias (www.artbias.org) has received a grant from Rotary Club of San Mateo to support the Art Bias Instructor Series, which combats the loneliness epidemic through free arts instruction for low-income seniors living at HIP Housing and adults with intellectual disabilities at One Step Beyond.
