StarVista and the San Mateo Police Activities League are teaming up with Stride for Awareness to host a special community event in celebration of Mental Health Month this May.
“Mental Health Matters 2025: A 5K Run/Walk and Wellness Fair” will be Saturday, May 31, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Seal Point Park in San Mateo with the aim of uniting the community in support of mental health and well-being, raising awareness about the importance of taking care of our minds and bodies.
The event will start with a 5K Run/Walk on the Seal Point Park trail at 9 a.m. Every 5K registration includes a race T-shirt and a participation medal.
The Wellness Fair is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dive into a world of wellness with activities like painting, scrapbooking and yoga. Register now at https://runsignup.com/mhm25.
