Is there a good choice?

He needs to take his head out of the Democratic playbook and look at the state of affairs in our golden state. US News and World Report ranked states on how well states are run. In almost all categories, California fell into the bottom third. In “opportunity” we were dead last. We have the highest gas taxes and the worst roads. We have one third of the country’s welfare recipients and homeless. We have $265 billion in unfunded pension liabilities and we carry more debt than any other state. California’s government has been solidly controlled by the Democrats for years. I doubt any thinking Californian would grade Sacramento’s performance above a C-.

And yet Mr. Bonilla thinks our state will perish if a “D” is not elected. The weakness of our choices is exemplified by no candidate rising above the others. It seems that as long as they have a pulse and a “D” after their name that’s the person you should vote for. Just close your eyes and vote for the “D” who is at the top of the polls the day before the election. How sad.
