• The San Mateo County Transportation Authority is holding public meetings to gather feedback for updating its five-year strategic plan. The authority is responsible for administering Measure A funds, the half-cent sales tax devoted to transportation and infrastructure improvement projects in the county.
The strategic plan will outline the visions, goals and implementation of Measure A fund expenditures over the next five years.
The meetings are 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 15 at the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center, 700 Alma St., Menlo Park; 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco; 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Pacifica Community Center, 540 Crespi Drive, Pacifica; and 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the SamTrans administrative office, 1250 San Carlos Ave., San Carlos.
