Half Moon Bay captured the team wrestling title at the Peninsula Athletic League championship tournament Saturday at Mills High.
The Wildcats took home four individual titles, five second places and totaled 191 points.

Terra Nova was second with 172.5 points, with five champions but only three second-place finishes.
Hillsdale's team, in only its third year of existence, took third place with 149.5 points. Aragon was fourth (104 points), Mills was fifth (66) and Menlo-Atherton (49.5) rounded out the top six-teams.
On an individual level, Mills had two individual champions. Mike Brahney won at 191 pounds, beating Menlo-Atherton's Jose Luis Causor, who came into the tournament undefeated in league matches. Brahney came away with a 5-2 win.
Greg Knox followed Brahney and picked up Mills' second championship in a row, when Knox defeated Aragon's Andrew Dang at 215 pounds.
Hillsdale's Jordan Felix was the first San Mateo-area wrestler to pick up a championship, beating Terra Nova's Brian Redfield in the 114-pound finale. Aragon's Steve Sweatt claimed the 137-pound title with a victory over Half Moon Bay's Nick Rey.
Local wrestlers with second-place finishes included Aragon's Jason Sulay (105), Hillsdale's Dean Nessel (132) and Jeff Lema (173), and San Mateo's Anthony Torre (162).
Third-place finishers included Hillsdale's Sean Nessel (121), Kevin Clark (217) and Fidel Barrita (heavyweight), Burlingame's Chris Ferren (132) and Indy Johal (137), Aragon's S. Mussallam (154), Hillsdale's Easton Thodos (162) and Mills' Joe Rios (173).
The top four wrestlers from each division qualified for the Central Coast Section tournament, which begins Feb. 22.<
