A missing Millbrae toddler allegedly kidnapped in a parental abduction has been found safely and reunited with her family, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said.
The toddler, Andrea Flores, was found in Mexico on Saturday, Jan. 7, after being reported missing Jan. 1 and last seen in Millbrae.
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office worked with the FBI and Mexican authorities to find her.
