The Probation Department runs our Juvenile Hall (and juvenile detention facilities). The Sheriff's Dept. runs the county jail for adults.

I am grateful these abuses have come to light. Let's hope Mr. Goethals and Mr. Stone will consider donating their legal fees to improve conditions at our Juvenile Hall. The needs are great and funding is scarce.
