Shoot 360, which began welcoming athletes to its new San Mateo County basketball training facility on Jan. 30, will host a grand opening celebration Feb. 26 from 4–6 p.m. at 23 Karen Road in Belmont.
The event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony from 4–4:30 p.m., followed by tours and demonstrations of the facility’s technology-driven training courts. Guests can participate in interactive drills, try the training technology, and enter raffles for prizes and training experiences.
A highlight of the afternoon will be an appearance by former Golden State Warriors player and two-time NBA champion Zaza Pachulia, who is also a Shoot 360 franchisee. Belmont Vice Mayor Cathy Jordan is also scheduled to attend. The event will include a live DJ, food from Long Bridge Pizza Company and a live recording of the Paulie Mac’s Particles podcast.
The celebration is open to the public and designed to give the community a firsthand look at the new basketball training space and its technology-focused approach to skill developmentÂ
