Join us for a special event with authors Adrian Miller and Deborah Chang as they share insights from their new book, Cooking to the President’s Taste: Asian Heritage Chefs in White House History.

This fascinating work uncovers the often-overlooked contributions of Asian heritage chefs who helped shape presidential cuisine from the early 1900s to today. Drawing on archival research, personal interviews, and historical accounts, the authors bring to life the behind-the-scenes stories, rich cultural journeys, and culinary legacies of these remarkable chefs.

The book also features 60 tested recipes, ranging from everyday dishes to full state dinners once served to First Families—giving readers a flavorful glimpse into the history of American cuisine at the highest level.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to discover the diverse culinary voices that have quietly influenced the nation's most famous kitchen.
