Belmont Handcrafted Originals Art Fair
Pacific Fine Arts Festivals is proud to announce the return of the Belmont Handcrafted Original Art Fair, a premier celebration of local craftsmanship and creativity. Taking place on Saturday and Sunday, March 21 and 22, 2026 at Carlmont Village shopping Center, this year’s fair will feature more than 20 juried artists and makers showcasing everything from hand-thrown pottery to intricate jewelry and paintings.
“We are thrilled to create a space where the community can connect directly with the creators behind the work,” says Dana Hale-Mounier, owner of Pacific Fine Arts Festivals. “This year’s artist includes a terrific lineup of talented artists showcasing their amazing works.”
Featured Artisans Includes:
Moira Barker of Moira’s Glass Art is a fused glass artist who finds inspiration in nature. Much of her artwork is garden art along with some decorative items for indoors. She creates a variety of glass flowers, insects and more mounted on stems for easy display.
Paula Riley Fine Art artist Paula Riley draws inspiration from the impressionist painters, striving to take her paintings beyond what is seen by the eye and to create a mood or feeling through color and composition. “What excites me about painting is trying to capture the mood of the moment or of the season,” she says. “I strive to convey color, texture and harmony.”
Maarit Visbal from Maarit Knits uses exquisite yarns of silk and fine Merino wool blend, cashmere and baby alpaca yarns to craft custom-made knit ponchos, wraps and capes in summer and winter weight and hand-embellishments of fine European crystals, yarn and leather/suede fringe.
