Our building also features beautiful common areas, such as:
Indoor heated swimming pool, spa, and sauna.
Fitness Center with equipment targeting the needs of older adults.
Paneled library with a variety of books, magazines, and newspapers.
Rooftop garden and greenhouse.
Rooftop club room and wraparound terrace featuring 360-degree views, including San Francisco.
Two private guest suites for family or visitors.
The Stratford combines the benefits of equity ownership with the security of continuing care. Our building features 65 spacious one, two, and three-bedroom condominiums ranging from 880 square feet to 2,900 square feet, priced from $400,000 to $1,400,000. All condos have full kitchens, nine-foot ceilings, and European-style balconies.
Our smaller community size enables us to personalize our services to meet each resident’s individual needs. We are a California licensed CCRC and RCFE, so as residents age in place, we provide care in the privacy of a resident’s own condominium and also offer respite care in one of the private suites in our Assisted Living Wing.
