We are so excited to celebrate the completion of the Hope Mural on the backside of Mi Rancho Supermarket facing Caltrain at the San Mateo station on July 6, 1-2 pm. The artwork was created by Leysar Garcia who was the winner of the Mural Madness live mural painting competition at the September Arts & Culture Fest in downtown San Mateo.  Garcia and his mentor, Oscar Lopez, brought the image to life on the large wall. The mural was funded by San Mateo County’s Board of Supervisors President Corzo. We are grateful to our partners, San Mateo County Office of Arts & Culture, Downtown San Mateo Association, Mi Rancho Supermarket and Stephen Seymour. Hope to see you there!
