Rick Bonilla is a disgrace, and this letter is a direct slap in the face to every resident in San Mateo. The disdain with which he holds the residents is unacceptable, and he should tender his resignation immediately.

Very true, but this is just one transaction. Think of all the commercial buildings changing hands in San Mateo in the course of a year, and this number climbs into the millions very quickly.
