Happy for the Moore's to finally enjoy retirement and sad that my beloved bike shop will be no Moore. I am a lifelong San Mateo resident and got my first bike there - coincidentally a Schwinn Scrambler like another poster. All my kids first bikes came from Talbot's. So too my wife. Sigh.
