Mr. Driscoll’s article fails to point out some important factual inconsistencies in Mayor Lee’s statements and the comments by others. Lee did not “report” the alleged incidents of extortion, Brown Act violations, bribery, etc., to the District Attorney’s office. Facts are facts.
