Join Belmont's Poet Laureate, Greg McCulloh, for a unique outdoor experience that combines a scenic hike at Waterdog Lake with a poetry workshop. Participants will draw inspiration from nature, engage in guided writing exercises, and explore the connection between movement, observation, and storytelling. Whether you're an experienced writer or simply curious about poetry and creative expression, all are welcome. Come enjoy the outdoors, connect with fellow community members, and discover new ways to find words in the world around you. Please note we will be starting at the Belmont library. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Notebooks and pens will be provided. This event is open to teens and adults. Registration is required.
