Renovating your home or business soon?

The City of San Mateo wants to hear feedback from the community on potential energy efficiency requirements--also known as reach codes--that exceed state code minimum requirements and help meet our climate goals. The City is considering several reach code options that impact cooling upgrade projects and planned home renovations. These requirements help reduce carbon emissions in our buildings and result in more efficient buildings.
