Pathfinders is Compass High School's annual community benefit event celebrating innovative, student-centered education and raising critical support for students who learn differently.

This year's event features a keynote conversation with Dr. Denise Pope, senior lecturer at Stanford University's Graduate School of Education and co-founder of Challenge Success. Dr. Pope is a nationally recognized expert on student well-being, school culture, and the impact of academic pressure on young people. Her research and advocacy have helped reshape conversations about achievement, balance, and belonging in schools across the country.

The evening brings together educators, parents, nonprofit leaders, and community members for an inspiring and thought-provoking experience centered on how schools can better support neurodivergent learners and all students. Proceeds from Pathfinders directly support Compass High School's mission to provide personalized, strengths-based education for students with learning differences, including dyslexia, ADHD, anxiety, and executive functioning challenges.

Pathfinders is both a celebration and a call to action - highlighting what is possible when schools are designed with flexibility, empathy, and student voice at the center. Attendees will leave with new insights, renewed hope, and a deeper understanding of how education systems can evolve to meet the needs of today's learners.

This event is ideal for parents, educators, school leaders, mental health professionals, nonprofit supporters, and anyone passionate about inclusive education and student well-bein
