One Life Counseling Center to Host Complimentary Mental Health Lunch & Learn
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, One Life Counseling Center invites community members and professionals to a complimentary Lunch & Learn focused on understanding and managing everyday stress.
While many people appear to be thriving, they are often quietly carrying pressures that impact their energy, performance, and overall wellbeing. This engaging panel discussion, moderated by One Life's Dr. Ramsey Khasho, will explore the hidden pressures people face at work and in life—and offer practical tools to help move from stress to strength.
Attendees will gain insight into:
The underlying drivers of burnoutHow stress affects the brain and workplace performanceSimple, effective strategies to restore energy and resilienceThe role of accessible mental health support in building stronger communities
Lunch will be provided, and admission is complimentary. The event is open to community members, business leaders, and anyone interested in improving mental wellness for themselves and those around them.
