Join our Community As Wellness program at the Peninsula YMCA in San Mateo to share experiences, build community, and grow healthier together! Classes will feature physical activity, social connection, healthy lifestyle guidance and stress relief opportunities.
Classes will begin Thursday, April 16 and occur weekly every Thursday from 3-4:15 p.m. until Thursday, July 9. Sessions will be held in-person at the Peninsula YMCA at 1877 S. Grant Street in San Mateo. There is no cost to join the class, and YMCA membership will be free for the duration of the program.
Residents from San Mateo, Foster City, Burlingame, Millbrae, Hillsborough, and San Bruno are invited to join. Classes will be facilitated in English. All ages are welcome.
