There are other communities on the Peninsula who value and prioritize their tres, and it’s obvious when you enter their space. The city has to be committed to protecting these irreplaceable natural resources, and this has to start at the beginning of the planning process for any new building.

Yes, Measure T leaves too much discretion up to city council, where only 3 votes is a majority. City council members change - don’t leave San Mateo growth up to special interest groups and unknown political influencers, vote No on Measure T!
Re Measure T - just because a building is taller doesn’t mean it will be housing, especially affordable. San Mateo currently has buildings proposed near CalTrain with NO housing. Measure Y allows taller buildings if there are affordable units. Vote NO on Measure T.
