I live near #3 Erckenbrack Park in Foster City. This is not surprising since the Foster City street storm drains empty into the Foster City lagoon, carrying all manner of toxins and bacteria.

I would like to point out an inaccuracy in your post. Instead of "...since Democrats are the party of segregationists..." It should say "since Democrats were the party of segregationists..." The preferred political party for segregationists and white supremacists is now the Republican Party.

Its good to see that this important project is off and running, despite efforts by Congressional Representative Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield, who led efforts to try derail this project in order to protect the economic interests of his constituents, the oil and gas industries.
