It seems these projects getting approved with a very small parking space percentage per housing unit built. I know that the residents are supposed to use transit. Realistically, almost every peninsula resident will have a car, even if they commute to work using transit. Caltrain/BART/SamT…

Completely agree. For example, Horizon operates an East Bay Cherry Hill treatment center. This center is on the ground or a hospital complex. Being adjacent to a hospital is a much more appropriate location for the proposed facility.
