If Silicon Valley wants more housing, they should build it on their own campus or buy out apartments nearby.
I don't want to be taxed to pay for more housing to satisfy Silicon Valley or developers or real estate agents.

San Mateo County is going to get the brunt of this because our population is over 600,000. I guess we should all move to Marin and Sonoma counties. Wish I could.

If one reads the SB50 text one can see that here are two parts to Sen. Wiener’s SB 50 that will apply to our cities:

Thank goodness a previous wise council years ago placed Sugarloaf on the ballot to remain in open space in perpetuity!
