San Mateo High School is proud to present Les Misérables, based on Victor Hugo’s landmark novel about social change and political revolution in 19th‑century France. Boublil and Schönberg’s musical is a powerful exploration of justice, transformation, and redemption.

One of the world's most popular musicals, Les Misérables tells the enthralling story of broken dreams unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption – a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit.  The magnificent score of the Les Misérables includes the songs “I Dreamed a Dream,” “On My Own,” “Bring Him Home,” “One Day More” and many more.
