Shoplifting. Someone stole headphones and was caught on Walnut Street, it was reported at 3:59 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 31.
Stolen vehicle. A vehicle was stolen on Locust Street, it was reported at 8:42 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 31.

Burglary. A vehicle’s window was smashed and a gym bag was taken on El Camino Real, it was reported at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30.
Petty theft. Someone stole alcohol from a store on Broadway, it was reported at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30 .

Fraud. Someone opened a cellphone account worth up to $3,900 with a stolen identity on Ruby Avenue, Monday, Aug. 22.
Fraud. Someone purchased items worth $3,762.86 with a fraudulent credit card on Industrial Road, it was reported at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 22.
Soliciting. A 34-year-old from Oakland was cited for soliciting without a permit on the 1500 block of Walnut Street, it was reported at 7:24 p.m. Saturday, July 29.
Driving with a suspended license. A 29-year-old from Milpitas was cited for driving with a suspended license on the 1900 block of Brittan Avenue, it was reported at 2:01 a.m. Saturday, July 29.

Burglary. A toolbox in the bed of a truck was broken into on Portola Avenue, it was reported at 6:23 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24.
Burglary. A vehicle’s window was smashed on South Spruce Avenue, it was reported at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23.
Burglary. The staff of a courthouse discovered the windows open, computers moved around and a headset taken from an office used by district attorney staff on Mission Road, it was reported at 9:07 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23.
