A San Carlos man found with five pit bulls in unliveable conditions in his home earlier this month is now facing two charges in addition to the five he previously faced after the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office allegedly found him at his red-tagged home with another pit bull Sunday, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.

On Sunday, the Sheriff’s Office allegedly received a called just before 9 p.m. from someone concerned someone was inside the residence of Javier Larson, 37. They found Larson at his Brittan Avenue home, which had been red-tagged after the Sheriff’s Office found five dogs not properly cared for and without sanitary food or water Aug. 13. Previously on probation for possessing a pit bull that bit an elderly man last year, Larson pleaded not guilty to five counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty Aug. 15, according to prosecutors.

Seriously in another time in our lives this guy would have been made to suffer the same consequences that he put the dogs through. #Scumbag #Pondscum #ScumOfTheEarth - Nothing describes this person bad enough.
