RVs parked on Stafford Street in Redwood City have become a subject of controversy in the Centennial neighborhood, with some neighbors concerned about impacts including trash piling up and the loss of parking. To address those concerns and the needs of RV dwellers, some of whom say they have nowhere else to go, the city is working on short- and long-term measures, including a safe parking program.
