Officer Kayla Quinlan and dog Zorro of the San Mateo Police Department attended a National Night Out event at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in North Central San Mateo Aug. 2. The event at King Center was one of 35 block celebrations throughout the city.
