Officials at a groundbreaking ceremony for Firehouse Square Apartments, an affordable rental community being developed by MidPen Housing. It will have 66 below-market-rate units for those making between 30% to 80% of the area median income and 3,300 square feet of ground-floor retail at 1300 El Camino Real.
