Class notes: Blanket Drive

Fusion Academy San Mateo students and staff are dedicated to a Blanket Drive that is supporting pediatric cancer patients. It was started by seventh grader Bebe, pictured bottom right, who survived cancer and felt that the hospital was very cold and the blankets were too thin to keep her warm during treatment. She is determined to keep patients warm this winter season with help of her classmates. They are accepting new/unused or handmade blankets and the drive is being held until Dec. 12.
