Water Aerobics and Arthritis Aquatic Program
Come join us in our heated swimming pool. Have fun and exercise at your own pace. These programs are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance while increasing strength and endurance. The Water Aerobics and Arthritis Aquatic Program is suitable for all fitness levels and does not require the ability to swim. Adults of all ages welcome. Classes are taught by a certified instructor M/W/F weekly.
