San Mateo - State of the City 2021
The past year was anything but usual and as we enter 2021, San Mateo Mayor Eric Rodriguez invites you to join him as he reflects on our community’s collective resilience during his State of the City presentation. This year, the annual event will be a live virtual presentation beginning 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2021. Register for San Mateo's State of the City at https://tinyurl.com/sanmateo2021 to learn about the critical actions your community has taken to address the ongoing pandemic and Mayor Rodriguez’s vision for our path toward recovery. “As we enter 2021 and work through the challenges ahead, our inner resilience will become more important than ever,” Rodriguez said after becoming mayor in December. “There is no going back to where we were before, but with every challenge, there is opportunity, and we will seize upon these opportunities.” How to Join The upcoming State of the City is being hosted on Zoom and includes a Q&A period with the Mayor. Register online: https://tinyurl.com/sanmateo2021 to receive the Zoom meeting link and details on how to join. You can also submit questions in advance when registering, or by emailing communications@cityofsanmateo.org.
The event will also be livestreamed and recorded on the City’s YouTube account.
